MiniModa product return policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If the product you received is not as expected, please submit a return according to the following terms.
1 Return Requirements
Return requests within a maximum of 7 days after receipt
Product has never been used, washed, or altered
Product tags and labels are intact and attached
You must include an unboxing video as proof of the item's condition on receipt
2 Accepted Reasons
Product defective or damaged on receipt
Product does not match the order (wrong color, size, or type)
Quantity of products does not match the order
3 How to Submit a Return

Include the order number, product photos, and unboxing video
Our team will verify within 1-2 business days
Once approved, send the product back to the address we provide
4 Refund Process
Refund is processed after the product is received and verified by our team
Funds are returned to the original payment method within 3-7 business days
Return shipping is covered by MiniModa if the error is on our side
Product exchange can be done as an alternative to a refund (subject to stock availability)
